Join us for a 9-day Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat in Varkala, Kerala, where the ocean meets the cliffs and every sunset paints the sky with magic. This experience is more than a retreat—it is a journey into the roots of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda, guided by experienced teachers in a serene oceanfront ashram.
Each day includes energizing yoga practices, guided meditations, nourishing Ayurvedic meals, and time to rest, reflect, or explore the beauty of South India. Two Ayurvedic treatments are included to nurture body and mind, and on New Year’s Eve, we’ll gather for a special Sankalpa Ceremony to welcome 2026 with presence and intention.
Designed for all levels, this retreat offers an authentic immersion into Indian culture and spiritual traditions, while giving you space to recharge, reconnect, and return home transformed.
